Rental of the Marina Clubhouse is an exclusive privilege of Lake Chesterfield homeowners only. A homeowner must sign the rental contract, which states that they are responsible for any reserved event and in attendance at all times.

Download a rental contract that can be dropped off at the clubhouse in the "HOA Correspondence" box located on the front of the building.
